Electronic Records and Signatures Consent

By using this site to enter into agreements, complete checkouts, or sign documents electronically, you consent to receive records and provide signatures in electronic form, as permitted by the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law.
Scope
Electronic records covered by this consent include purchase agreements, invoices, receipts, refund notices, terms updates, account communications, tax forms, and any other records that may otherwise be required to be provided in writing.
Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you need a current web browser, an active internet connection, an email address, and a device capable of viewing PDF documents and storing or printing electronic copies. If you cannot meet these requirements, contact us before entering into an agreement.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent to receive records electronically by emailing hello@blockchainfundinginc.com. Withdrawal applies prospectively only and does not affect the legal validity of records or signatures previously provided. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to deliver certain products or services.
Updating contact information
You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current. To update, email hello@blockchainfundinginc.com from the address on file.
Requesting paper copies
You can request a paper copy of any electronic record by emailing hello@blockchainfundinginc.com. We may charge a reasonable processing fee.
Signature equivalence
You agree that any electronic signature you provide, including by typing your name, drawing a signature, or clicking an "I agree" button, is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature for purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
