Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use this site. Some products require additional eligibility, including Rally Smart Nodes software which is sold to qualified buyers and may be subject to identity verification.
Educational content
Articles, guides, books, videos, and other content on this site are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for consulting your own qualified professionals before acting on anything you read here.
Purchases
Rally Smart Nodes software is sold through the site subject to the pricing and terms displayed at checkout, plus the purchase agreement signed in connection with the order. Payment is processed by third-party providers, and your use of those services is governed by their terms.
No refunds
All sales are final. Blockchain Funding, Inc. does not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for detail.
Account conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape or copy content beyond fair use, interfere with operation, or use automated systems to overload the service. Violations may result in termination of access without notice.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the jurisdiction of Blockchain Funding, Inc.'s principal place of business, applying the laws of that jurisdiction without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties waive any objection to venue.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
