I understand that I am in control of my licensed blockchain node software ("node(s)") and application ("app"), including the utilization of software encoded non-fungible tokens ("NFTs"). The node(s) and app will not execute any action, or series of actions, without my instructions, NFT-effectuated action occurs without my active direction.

I understand that blockchain technologies are cutting edge and that there are numerous risks involved, including but not limited to market, technology, legislative and regulatory risks.

I understand that there may be fees, including but not limited to maintenance, transaction, software license, or network fees, to connect my node(s) to the blockchain and/or utilize my NFT(s), and I am solely responsible for the payment of such fees.

I understand that the digital rewards earned by my node will not be distributed by the seller of the blockchain node software and I am not relying on the seller for any additional action or efforts.

I understand that the technology required to produce digital rewards and/or produce NFTs may not yet be complete. For instance, the blockchain network may not be fully launched and live. Consequently, my purchase may include pre-sale node(s), app, and/or NFT(s), which may not earn rewards for an extended period and/or may not facilitate effectuation of blockchain-related action until after the office launch and activation of the blockchain network and reward distribution (which may happen on different dates). I understand and accept that the operation and the reward potential of my purchased node(s), app, and/or NFT(s) are contingent upon the live status of the blockchain network, and, until the blockchain network is fully launched and operational, no digital rewards or other benefits associated with live blockchain operation will be available or owed to presale node and/or NFT purchasers. I accept that unforeseen circumstances may delay or prevent the launch of the blockchain or reward distribution, and, if the technology is never successfully developed, I may never earn rewards and/or I may never realize the effectuality of any NFT(s).

I certify that no person acting or appearing to act on behalf of the seller of my node(s), the app, and/or my NFT(s) has told me that I will earn digital rewards that will have liquidity, value, or otherwise create a profit opportunity for me. If I was told anything different from the acknowledgements contain herein, I understand these acknowledgements control over any other representations.

I agree to abide by and be subject to the provisions of the Charter(s) pertinent to the node networks corresponding to each node and/or NFT I purchase.

I understand my purchased node(s), my app access, and/or my purchased NFT(s) are transferrable only under the terms established by the Charter(s) pertinent to the node networks corresponding to each node and/or NFT I purchased.
